I'm using HMR watch mode, and I've made changes to routes in multiple controllers, but the changes aren't taking effect. I have to stop (Ctrl+C) and then restart the HMR watch command for it to work.

Expectation

When a route is changed in the controller, the routes should automatically update as well.
