SleepyFlyR: an R package for sleep and activity analysis in Drosophila

This R package analyzes the fly activity data collected by DAM3 software (reading interval = 1 minute)

Major functions of this package includes:

[1] Sleep Analysis

[2] Double-plotted Graph

[3] Multiday Average

[4] Alterations Analysis

Steps for using this package includes:

[1] Download and install R and RStudio

[2] Download SleepFlyR package (.tar.gz) and UI script (.R)

[3] Open UI script in RStudio and install SleepFlyR package

[4] Follow the instructions in SleepyFlyR User Guide

[5] Two sample data files are provided for users to quickly learn the functions within the package
