Failed to query available provider packages

Does anyone know how can I fix this issue?
I got this error when running terraform init.

Error: Failed to query available provider packages

│ Could not retrieve the list of available versions for provider hashicorp/snowflake: provider registry
│ registry.terraform.io does not have a provider named registry.terraform.io/hashicorp/snowflake

I have this config

terraform {
  required_providers {
    snowflake = {
      source  = "chanzuckerberg/snowflake"
      version = "0.28.6"
    }
  }
  backend "s3" {
    bucket = "xxx"
    key    = "yyy"
    region = "ap-southeast-1"
  }
}
