Many event series have no wikiCFP id defined.

Possible fixer:

  1. WikiCFP fixer for events should be applied before hand
  2. Look for events of the series
  3. with the wikiCFP id of the events find the series id with the help of ConferenceCorpus
  4. add the found wikiCFP series id

As a first step the WikiCFP fixer #166 should run and make the wikicfp event ids available for query via ask.
