Bubble Bar Update v2

The original implementation of Bubble Bar has been updated to accommodate for recent changes. Please check out Bubble Bar by LuckFire & Loremly, licensed under MIT.

If you do not update to this version, the chat bar will be a broken version of the stock Discord chat bar.

• This is because Bubble Bar is being imported directly into the main theme.scss file, separately from https://slippinggitty.github.io/COMFY202K.css.
