Issues should be formatted in the following way
[Type Of Issue] (Priority) Issue Info

Lets say I want to create an issue/task to fix an image on the website, to replace, that is something that is not of priority but still needs to be worked on. The issue would look like this:
[ENHANCEMENT] (Not of Priority) Change image on Sponsors Page

[Type of Issue] = Enhancement, Bug, Question, Help
(Priority) = Urgent, ASAP, Not of Priority

Make sure to also LABEL your issue, which is found on the top left of the issue creation screen.
