Update !playercount to show top 5 games on second line

@navarr Is this only for the playercount for all of Shotbow, or all of the commands? Either way, I think this may just increase clutter, especially since no one is asking for it.

May I suggest if this is still a wanted feature to add it inside of a PM with the bot? Since I my self think it's a nice feature, but however like @JamsheedMistri said it will probably indeed increase spam in the chat even when the message gets removed. So I think PM would fit better, but that's just my opinion.
