Just chiming in to say that the difficulty in assessing which 3rd party services are compatible with Hydrogen has been the most significant pain-point we've faced in our experiences with the platform. Our team is in the process of planning the tech stack for a new store and we'd love to use Hydrogen AND Affirm. Unfortunately, the lack of clarity/communication on these topics makes using Hydrogen a massive leap of faith for developers. |

The affirm app primarily applies to the checkout experience, which is the same for Hydrogen as the rest of Shopify. So it should work just fine. If you want promotional banners on your product pages, see this guide on how to set that up (we don't have a built in Hydrogen component to do that for you): https://docs.affirm.com/payments/docs/integrate-promotional-messaging |
