Feature parity/roadmap table for people migrating from Liquid themes

Hydrogen docs are sorely missing a table showing which features are not supported in the bundled starter theme for people migrating from a Liquid theme.

Go live with Hydrogen and Oxygen and Migrate from Online Store provide the steps and things to check which on its own it's extremely useful to read when planning a migration.

But it does not cover missing features like Web Pixel or Newsletter subscribe support, Official Apps support, and any other things that should be considered that could stop working when migrating or on Shopify's roadmap.

I am suggesting a table on Hygroden's README.md showing if a feature is just missing from a template and which one/how to implement it, or fully missing from Hydrogen, and:

• if they are planned to be implemented:
  • what is the development status
  • whereto follow its progress
  • what is the tentative ship date
  • what is the suggested workaround in the meantime
• if they will not be part of Hydrogen:
  • what is(are) the alternative(s) suggested

This would greatly help with expectations and planning for Hydrogen devs.
