Hydrogen Template Shopify Store setup

Hey, using the skeleton template, focusing on the search feature, i faced some problems when using data from my store instead of the Mock Shop; collections were completely ignored by the search. I think something is missing or incorrect in my Shopify Store. It would be helpful to have at least minimal information about how the Shopify Store is setup for it to properly function with the Hydrogen templates. For example, apps installed and used in the templates or the configuration of products or collections. Thanks👋
