Suggestion: improve environment variables management

even if you have a few env variables, it's annoying and boring to update them all in the hydrogen console right now since you can't build view/edit/add.

Would be really nice for the dev experience to be able to do something like vercel: just paste the content of ..env file on the dashboard and add all of them at once. Any utility for bulk add would make a big difference :)

We are releasing some new CLI capabilities for pulling and auto-injecting env variables at dev runtime. I do love the ability to be able to copy/paste via the admin too. CCing @macpham
