Why dont save my presets?

I feel like its a silly question.
But I run the app as admin and the Presets desapear when I relaunched .
Whats happening?

you can try uploading main.log %appdata%/wh3mm/logs
after creating a preset in the manager can you check if config.json in %appdata%/wh3mm is created/updated (check the modified time of the file in windows), that's where the preset should be stored
