Have different access levels for data.

For instance: with "public", "protected", "secret" scopes but them being inclusive "so secret includes protected includes public"

why:

enterprise people love permissioning
it makes sense for this to be a discrete/structural thing (its not hard, its a common use case, good for explainability)
also makes things faster marginally
