Is it possible to load 32 bit floating tiffs into the Histocat workspace?
Specifically I want to try this: BodenmillerGroup/ImcSegmentationPipeline#41 and load the distance transformed images as 32 bit floating tiffs into histocat.
When adding folders with 32bit floating tiffs inside, I get past the arcsin transform window, but afterwards nothing happens (No Error, no CPU usage...)
Is there a way to add 32bit floating images to histocat?
I'm running Windows 10 and Histocat 1.76.
Help would be very much appreciated :)

Hi, I have the same issue as laufre, and I've tried it on both a Mac (OS 10.14.6) and Windows 10 both with their respective 1.76 versions of Histocat. 16 bit versions of the files work fine, but not the 32 bit versions. It's an issue for me as some of the images have more than 65535 cells (the upper limit with 16-bit masks).
