#11 I could sign up with different language(Korean) other than English.
even in Korea, username can not be used in Korea. in addition, i could sign up with invaild input in the state area(ex any words is working) so
it would be better, if there is an error message appear if user insert invalid input

#12 When updating the user's information, it was possible to change it without additional confirmation.
For example, I tried to change my password, but they did not ask for the old password, but immediately entered the new password and it was updated. If a user uses a PC in a public place, but does not log out, there will be a problem.
