Boats NAV lights

Describe the bug
Boats NAV lights has the same lack of distance that Air assets had.

To Reproduce
Constant.

Expected behaviour
Approx 50m onwards you can't see them unles you zoom in.

Version: 1.2.r13892
Map (specify if Altis Blufor): Cam Lao Nam
