Key Notes:

1- Potential New Programmers?

Mengchun and Jerry Nedelman will have a conversation with a group of statisticians from UCL (University College London) to explore their willingness to join the ISG efforts, to start with QT topic

Jim also had a conversation with his connection on potential programmers working with ISG

2- Beta testing: Plan to kick off in 2 weeks (i.e. at the Sep full team meeting). Plan to release the package in a month (by end of Sep). Roster to be opened up.

3- QT platform and planning:

Team needs to plan out resource on QT interactive graphics. Currently Jerry Nedelman is willing to be the lead programmer on this project. However Jeremy and Xiao would want to give Jerry enough support to start this journey. Current thinking is for Jeremy and Xiao to build a R prototype, then Jerry to update it. Team suggested to form a QT technical workstream after V2.0 is released.

At the meantime, team needs to understand the data structure of QT data. Post meeting note: Jerry sent over the FDA technical specification document.

4- Jeremy will conduct a few Gilead internal meetings for more support from Gilead and to make a bigger community be aware of the ISG deliverables. Jeremy may invite Jim for some of those meetings.

5- Xiao will support Jeremy in PSI and R in Pharma meetings as TA.
