1. Agenda item1: reviewed action items from previous meeting
   - The only open item is how to do better inter-working group collaboration with PHUSE. Greg Ball is assigned as the liaison person. It is suggested that Greg Ball is invited to the Mar 2021 core team meeting to brainstorm (and potentially quarterly afterwards).
2. Agenda item2: preparing the agenda items for Feb full team meeting
   - Review of action items with full team
   - Tech update/Jeremy's upcoming 6-wk paternity leave
   - Progress on collecting safety questions (more input is needed from the team)
   - Reminder of Fan Club event in Feb 2021
   - All the team members now have access to all the contents on GitHub
   - Post meeting note: TIRS paper is submitted and received.
