1. Set up goals for ISG this year 2021
   • Bring platform V2.0 online (priority for the first 6 months)
   • Further development of Hepatic Explorer (modified Hy’s Law quadrant; Palt)
   • Volcano plot (clinical workflow-> ask Dennis first, invite clinicians and statisticians; plot)
   • Renal Explorer
   • QT graphics (Rich, Charles, Mengchun and Jim)
   • Collaboration with PhUSE (with Zach on mock NDA submission)
   • Collaboration with other WS/taskforce (with BRATS, with Visual Analytics for Safety Data in WS2, etc.)
   • Continuous thinking on validation/data security topic (Moving into 2.0, team will put clear documentations together on this topic. We could send this question list out in beta-testing as well and ask for feedback)
   • Safety chart template. Xiao to tweak the templates first, then ask team to fill them out, then to prioritize based on team member’s input. Identify the right question and provide the right chart to answer the question.

• Xiao to tweak all the templates first and send out to the team; and put in GitHub for further actions. Post-meeting note: templates were sent out.
• Jeremy to give Jim and Mengchun a tutorial of GitHub in the week of Jan 11, 2021. Post-meeting note: meeting is scheduled on Jan 14, 2021.
• Mengchun to ask team to sign up for GitHub after the first team meeting in Jan 2021
• Jeremy to give the entire team a tutorial in Feb 2021
• The entire team to fill out the templates in GitHub after the tutorial
• Core team to have a adhoc meeting prior to Jan 2021 group meeting (Prep). Post-meeting note: meeting is scheduled on Jan 19, 2021.
