I imagine I'm not the only user who might be interested in seeing what the newest submissions are, rather than just the top, to quickly see if there's any new papers we might want to read. Converting the date column into a sortable column would make that much easier. Thank you for your work.

I decided to ask Perplexity.AI if there was a simple way to do this. It helped me find some Chrome extensions that easily sort columns in any HTML table. Though the name column doesn't work well since there are icons thrown in that need their own columns.
