This pull request addresses the issue of improving the footer's design and the freelancer card component positioning per Issue #809 .

Changes Made:
Updated Freelancer.css to enhance visual appeal.

Ensured the footer is placed at bottom and not overlapping the card component

Tested the changes in the file to maintain layout and functionality.
