Dropdown menu display when clicking on profile

If we click on the profile dropdown on the top right hand corner of the website, there is no dropdown displayed. I would like to add a dropdown menu with links that redirect the user to those particular options.

Describe the solution you'd like

There could be 3 to 4 options displayed when the user clicks their profile, like My Profile, Settings, Help and Log Out. I've attached a picture for reference.

actually I think it was modified in some other pr. should I add it here from the left side icon (UC)? It is not present now.
