PartyPros

An online system for event planning.

Introduction

PartyPros is an party and event planning system which offers a proven solution for those looking to plan a birthday party, open bar, alumni reunion, corporate function or other celebration.

Main Functionalities

Login , Sing up Function

  • Separate login sign up function for Client and End users.
  • Specialized login procedure for Administrators.

User Function

  • Administrators : Allow Adding Deleting and Editing system data.
  • Clients : Allow Adding Deleting and Editing service details.
  • Customers : Allow to Purchase items. Get invoices and to update their profiles.

Business Function

  • Initiate Client/End user registration via forms.
  • Implements data views for the services provided by clients.
  • Ability to Upload Image Files for the service provided by the clients.
  • Implement a Backup/ Restore procedure.

Used Technologies

  • PHP for server side
  • MySQL for data base
  • HTML/CSS/Java Script for front end

Prerequisites

Installation

Preferred Editor : Any PHP supported editor

  • Clone the repository in to your local machine htdocs folder of your xampp or wamp server.
  • Import unisys.sql file in db-sql folder to your MySQL database from phpMyAdmin or any method. -Start MySQL and Apache Server from the Xampp or wamp server control panel.
  • Browse the cloned index.php file by typing the http://localhost/partyPros in your browser address bar.
