get_agave_username function in Apps-deploy

When running apps-deploy and error gets generated:
"/Users/urrutia/sd2e-cloud-cli/bin/apps-deploy: line 199: get_agave_username: command not found"

Funny enough, doesn't seem to affect the deployment. The username is missing from the filename in the app definition, ex:

deploy--app.json

But the username gets populated inside the app definition, so this is lower priority
