Fixed files with preload data sometimes not working.

Support for writing multi vpk paks requires special build of 7-Zip. You can get it from here.

Install to subfolder Formats inside 7-Zip directory. The V1 dlls write V1 vpks instead of V2 and can't be used at the same time as normal dlls.
