Module 3 - SAP Build Apps

In this module, you will be creating two applications using SAP Build Apps.

To start working with SAP Build Apps you need to subscribe. Follow this tutorial if you use trial account. Alternatively read the configuration steps in the official documentation.

Service Hub Client Application where clients can report new incidents

  3. Build the Application Logic
  4. Test Your Application

Service Hub Admin Application where the supervisor of the service agents can assign the agents to the respective incidents

  3. Configuration for UI Components in Overview Pages
  4. Configuration for Data Variables in Detail Page
  5. Configuration for UI and Logic Components in Detail Page
  6. Test Your Application
