in Integration Suite no Menu Items appear

Issue description

in Integration Suite no Menu Items appear. I have the Integration_Provisioner role and added the capabilities "Build Integration Scenarios" and "Manage APIs" and even after logging out and logging back in and refreshing the page I still have no menu items below Home like "Discover", "Design", "Test", "Configure", "Monitor" etc.. What am I missing ?
