Moving the folder structure from the old code to here.

Ressources:

Old code Julia: https://github.com/RolnickLab/causalpaca/tree/input4mips_backup_state_julia/data_building
Adapted structure Charlie: https://github.com/RolnickLab/causalpaca/tree/input4mips/data_building

Charlie adapted some of the structure after discussions with me, however some important things, such as scripts to run the processors got lost in the updated branch. This is why it is good to refer to the structure/content of both branches.

Requirements:

  • intuitive for developers
  • intuitive for users
  • has configs
  • has scripts
  • has a new place for text documents
  • should include log file location (log process of processors automatically)
  • includes paths in init files

The structure should be discussed and receive approval from Francis.
