StalGrowth 1.0

This is the first official release of StalGrowth.

Beta-1

This is a beta version of StalBIAS it is coded as version 0.9.9 because it is considered usable it it's complete form. However it is not ready because the documentation is still very lacking. As soon as documentation is completed we will release version 1.0.0. As we progress through the To-Do list I'll up the major versions.
