When using Microsoft Edge (Microsoft Edge 44.17763.831.0), hovering over text blocks does not show the React and Reply icons. In fact, it does nothing.

By downloading the latest Opera (2019-04-09 release), the problem righted itself. I'll be using Opera now.

I'm running Windows 10, version 1909
