While some logos are under the public domain, there is more than one that is under other licences, such as CC-BY-SA (important: the share-alike clause imposes that derivative artworks, such as these sticker designs, be released under the same Creative Commons licence). Others may be proprietary (e.g. Clear Linux, but I'm not sure, just going off Wikipedia) sooo we just... overlook those 👀
I'd be willing to make a PR for those I can find information on.

Also, how do you intend to license the base sticker design? I'm guessing it would have to at least be compatible with all kinds of logos it will contain so something like CC0 or similar

I'll admit ignorance when it comes to CC licenses. I really don't know what license to apply to it, hence I applied none and wrote the disclaimer at the bottom. I'll happily remove anyone's logo from the pack if requested.

I'm open to suggestions as to the appropriate CC license to apply. I read over them a bunch of times, but I'm still in the dark.

It's ok, there's this great website that explains in simple terms how the relevant licences work https://choosealicense.com/non-software/ hopefully it clears up any doubts you may have.
I believe that the base one could very well be any of the CC licences, Inkscape makes it very easy to select that type of licence for the file in the Document properties.
What I don't know is how you would go about licensing the final sticker, because you'd probably have two differently licenced works be combined, maybe you can just reference all the specifics and attributions in the generic Description field of the metadata

Hi @RockyC36, I would like to put your sticker into this digital sticker box: https://github.com/mwarning/chaos-sticker-collection/

Of course with attribution and link to the source repo. Is CC-BY-NC-SA-3.0 OK for you as license?
