Include/fix the 404 page

If the user tries to go to a page on the site does not exist, they just get an XML error page.

Describe the solution you'd like

Figure out why the existing 404 page is not displaying when it should.

I think this might be a CloudFront configuration thing and not something that's specific to this application.

Edit: I have resolved this by adding a custom error response to the CloudFront distribution. However, the 404 page could use a little work: the link to the home page is broken, and the overall appearance could be improved.
