Add/Update wiki pages on the intended architecture for the plant model code.

Good to touch on:

object vs. object_init files
Robot structures, what they're for and why
sim init tasks
main loop tasks
global variables and what they're used for and why

diagrams are good :)

@gerth2 can contribute info on the serial vs. manual input files
