Prebuilt EXE

This holds an EXE version of the code (Will try to be kept up to date)

Current method list:

1. Alpha (change alpha from 150-255)
2. Random color (sets a random pixel to a random color)
3. Static (adds a static to the image)
4. Remove "shadows" (Shitty method + static 💀)
5. Remove "highlights" (Shitty method + static 💀)
6. Transparent static (Shitty method if high intensity) (broken in this build(
