- 20230301 - oysters seperated into treatments. heat (13->30, 1hr/day) + mechanical stress (10min/3days) pre-treatments; temperature in tanks at 14C
- 20230315 - oyster pre-treatments ended; third group of broodstock injected with poly(I:C); start of conditioning; temperature set at 14C (3d)
- 20230318 - temperature increased to 15C (3d)
- 20230321 - temperature increased to 16C (2d)
- 20230323 - temperature increased to 17C (2d)
- 20230325 - temperature increased to 18C (2d)
- 20230327 - temperature increased to 19C (2d)
