API deprecations

Just a heads-up since I stumbled upon this repo; there are deprecated endpoints in the API (cf. http://docs.gateway.clearhaus.com/#add-payment-methods) which does not seem to be removed from this SDK. Although the deprecations has been there for quite a while, they will in fact disappear 🙂

Sorry this repository is indeed not maintained anymore, we're not working for the client that was using it for a few years now, and the new team does not seem to be using this lib anymore.
Please feel free to provide a patch (pull request), and I will make sure it's merged, and if you need help with the new implementation please ask.
