Tilarus - Communication Center: Speedrun achievement's requirement is way too lax

With how easily I can score a time a minute under the goal (without any unconventional tactics or exploits like bot teleport, just the usual flamer+gl rush), I suspect the achievement is oriented towards the map's very old version that had 2 vault doors on the way, that were replaced with normal hackable doors (with simple hacks) long long ago in the built-in version.
