Supports Shenmue 1 and 2 versions 1.00 to 1.07 and does not contain telemetry (except for update checking through the GitHub API).

v1.1.0 comes with fancy new Technology:tm:, created by the human known as LemonHaze! This Technology:tm: includes:

Forklift Manager, a floating window that lets you enable or disable override files at any time. F11 toggles Forklift on and off entirely, and F12 toggles the Forklift Manager window. Please note that the Forklift Manager GUI version requires Windows 8 or newer.
Free performance! For a grand total of $0, you'll get performance increases thanks to the black art known as "using the correct data structure for the task"! (To be fair, I was pretty shocked when I was sent the code from v1.0.7.)
Checking for updates using the GitHub API, so you'll know when one of us does something worth updating for.
Fool-proof modding! Apparently v1.0.7 just didn't work if you didn't have a mods folder. Now, a mods folder will be created if you forget to extract it from the ZIP file, assuming Shenmue can write to its own directory.
