Progress bar style issues

Overview

The styles for the progress bar in the sidebar are not quite right.

Current:

Expected (ignoring the teal color):

Problems

Designs should be inspected for more specific details but generally:

• Progress bar itself should be using the design system component as this already has all the styles defined.
• There is extra space on the sides and bottom
• Spacing between elements not correct
