404 error for all pages

I've been working through the manual install (because I'm running a Yocto-based distro) and I'm able to see the main RaspAP page but none of the other pages work. They all give me a 404 not found error. The Lighttpd.error.log file seems to suggest that the include path isn't being resolved.

Thanks but that didn't help. It's not adding the includes subdirectory to the path. It also doesn't appear to be adding the .php extension.

Digging into this a bit deeper, it looks like the code is generating paths for files that don't exist anywhere in the source tree. For example, dhcpd_conf is not an html or php file. wpa_conf isn't a file either. Seems like something isn't getting generated or something is getting stomped on.

Rewrites are handled by /etc/lighttpd/conf-enabled/50-raspap-router.conf. Assuming a default lighttpd server.document-root of "/var/www/html", this file should contain the following.

Having used the "create-the-web-app" procedure you posted above

But, removing /var/www/html from it fixes the problem.

Thanks for this solution, i had the same 404 issue since upgrade from 2.6.4 ->2.6.6. Also a fresh install of raspap was corrupted.
I also remove the "/var/www/html" in the /etc/lighttpd/conf-enabled/50-raspap-router.conf.
