openvpn connected, lost SSH remote

Hello all,
I lost with iptable rules, so I need help please.
My Raspberry pi is connected to my router (live box) via dynamic dns (ddns.net)
My static Raspberry IP is 192.168.1.17
My RaspAP IP is 10.3.141.1
Router IP : 192.168.1.1

When I activated OpenVPN on RaspAP, I lost my connection. I couldn't connect to my Raspberry remotely (from my work for example). Consequently, I can't use SSH and I can't access my website at mywebsite.duckdns.net:port (I use duckdns service via portainer and nginx port manager)

I think I have to add a rule like under this but I don't know my public IP (openvpn is connected)

ip rule add table 128 to X.X.X.X (IP public ??)
ip route add table 128 default via 192.168.1.17
iptables -A INPUT -d X.X.X.X -p tcp --dport 22 -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -d X.X.X.X -j DROP
