Anaconda Python 3.5+ (on the system path)
RScript (on the system path) for running the DaySim summary scripts
HDF5-1.8.9 (on the system path)
git
git-lfs (large file storage)

Required plugins

ShiningPanda (for Python)
SCM Sync Configuration Plugin (so changes to the Jenkins job are checked into Git)
