ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'scipy.fftpack._fftpack

I guess it's a bug related with a similar one reported on the issue #293. Nevertheless, I wasn't able to deal with the bug because after I did:
pip uninstall msnoise and
pip install http://msnoise.org/master.zip

I tested the installation running commands msnoise bugreport and msnoise test, I got the following errors:

My system is macOS 13.4, MSNoise is installed on conda venv running python 3.9.
