main changes implemented
the requal from this commit is quite different from previous versions
plus reorganize first text render workflow
for highlight we can use css vars and modulate display background/underline via adding and removing classes

This branch is not meant for a release. There are too many insufficiently tested changes. Requal@dev should be used instead. |

Merged – including tests updates – via b97ecca into advanced-memos-v1 branch, which should be the new dev version candidate. |
