How to organize IOF event using QuickEvent

Race import

You need to have access to edit race in IOF Eventor
You need to save this XML files from IOF Eventor :
- General downloads from Eventor
  - Export organisation register (clubs)
  - Export person register (not 100% needed)
- Event-specific downloads from Eventor
  - Export event (race basics information)
  - Export classes
  - Export entries
Import files in QE :
- Open QE, connect to DB, but don't open any race
- File -> Import -> Import IOF XML 3.0
- Choose file event_xyz.xml, load it and create the race
- Next load basics XML files in order : organisations.xml, competitors.xml
- Next loead XML files from race in order : classes_xyz.xml, entries_xyz.xml
Now, it is possible work with the race. You can :
- Import runners information in File -> Import -> Import CSV (key is Iof ID) (you can import : Bib, SI, Class, StartTime)
- Export XML startlist for IOF Eventor
- Reports Print :
  - Most races can use normal reports (Club in QE is country in WOC, WC etc.)
  - For correct prints in WMOC its better use given custom reports, and use only 1 column prints wmoc2023_custom_reports.zip
