Can everyone who has contributed code for a model averaging method please compare their results to the ones generated by the script model_averaging_all_methods.r? Note that this script does the model averaging with the first 50 data points of each data set and then returns a number of things including RMSE for predictions made to the last 50 data points, predictions made for the last 50 data points, and model weights. If you could just confirm that the code seems to be working correctly for your method, or that it is not, that would be awesome. Also note that you can select which columns of the data you want to use as covariates. Currently it is using columns 2-5 or covariates 1-4. Thanks!
