Describe the bug
As the title mentions, it is being flagged as a trojan.

  • OS Version: [Windows 11 24H2
  • QuickLook Version: latest preview from GitHub

Could you try download the version here and see if Windows Defender still flags it: https://github.com/KamilDev/QuickLook/releases/tag/3.7.3-67-gd09e9c4-no-harmony

It's the same as the latest pre-release, except I've removed Harmony package which may cause false positives. Though, the fact Defender specifies QuickLook.WoW64HookHelper.exe is the problem, it might not be the reason.

I think we should fix why Costura.Fody does not take effect in nightliy build.

Hopefully this is helpful, but I also just got the exact same flag by Windows Defender. I'm also using the latest QuickLook release (3.7.3), also on W11 24H2.

It is indeed very likely that it is a misjudgment caused by QuickLook.WoW64HookHelper.exe
