[FEAT] Add 'filetype' (or 'mimetype') as a parameter that can be passed to QuickLook CLI

Being able to tell QuickLook how to handle files would make it much easier to create a workaround to the current QuickLook (read: Windows) limitiation / inability to handle files with no extension or an unknown extension.
