Since I need to use everything1.5a with admin permissions, I found that the QuickLook permissions can't be lower than Everything to achieve preview, so I adjusted the QuickLook permissions to admin permissions. The previous issue was solved as I expected, but a bug occurred: QuickLook under administrator privileges could not directly preview any files on the desktop.

I am testing the latest preview version https://github.com/QL-Win/QuickLook/releases/tag/latest.
Quicklook under admin can support everything 1.5a and desktop preview.
