Don't roll on items with a weekly lockout not working for Arcadion (Normal)

I have the "Don't roll on items with a weekly lockout" box checked, but it still automatically rolled on all of the tokens from Arcadion (R1).

Since these tokens are weekly locked it shouldn't roll on them if I understand the option correctly (just the orchestrion roll/minion since they aren't subject to the weekly lockout).
